This morning, I just had a cup of coffee and nothing else. I had no appetite for something more than that. Later, at lunch, I will try to eat just a cup of rice. I will ease into this diet slowly. I will not rush things like I did before. Starve myself and then pig out when I couldn’t hold on anymore. It was doubly bad for my body. I wish I have weight loss pills to aid this diet. I will look into it but it would be better if I can run and exercise regularly as well. I will let you know what happens today. We’ll see if I can control myself.

I swore to myself that I will start that diet now. I need to start dating again! There is no more reason not to. I am 30 and I need to think of my biological clock if I want to have at least one kid. My friends kept on reminding me not to lose sight of my goal. Lose weight! Do you think a Leptovox might help? I have been reading too much historical romance for a few weeks now. It is addicting! It’s just so romantic and somehow, the stories take you to a different era where everything is quite simple.
