This morning, I just had a cup of coffee and nothing else. I had no appetite for something more than that. Later, at lunch, I will try to eat just a cup of rice. I will ease into this diet slowly. I will not rush things like I did before. Starve myself and then pig out when I couldn’t hold on anymore. It was doubly bad for my body. I wish I have weight loss pills to aid this diet. I will look into it but it would be better if I can run and exercise regularly as well. I will let you know what happens today. We’ll see if I can control myself.

A diet is never effective because of all the reasons you mentioned. What you need to do in order to lose weight is change your lifestyle. Give up refined sugars, refined flower products, junk food, soda; any of the above. If you exercise and eat properly you will drop the weight in no time and keep it off. Good luck.
