Sometimes, it is annoying to hear from a friend you haven’t been talking to in a while. Annoying because she can only talk about one thing: her budding love life. I mean, sure, I can listen to her rave about her newest man but if that’s all she can ever talk about…

She sent me one liners through sms and I was sorely tempted to turn my cellphone off just so I won’t get any more of those. She can be that way. I love my friend and all. But even with my siblings, I won’t tolerate this kind of single mindedness!
