I love lavender. Anything lavender! I just noticed that sometimes, it brings loneliness instead of the sunshine I want. You might have not noticed it but look at a lavender wall, or a lavender field… it brings melancholy, don’t you think? It brings a peaceful feeling, sure. But then it also brings a wealth of emotion, some of which you can’t explain…

Sometimes, love happens in the most unexpected places. A car accessories shop opened and the bachelor who owns it married his store assistant. Imagine that! No, they didn’t know each other before the shop opened. The guy advertised for a store assistant and she applied and got hired. Along the way, they developed feelings for each other and as I’ve said, got married eventually.

Love blossoms in places where we didn’t expect it. So be on the alert! Love might be waiting for you to pounce on it at the first possible chance.

We were searching for the perfect theme song. For us. My favorite that time is a song entitled Without You. It’s by Incognito. He liked it, too. Perfect! So we had our song. But I should have seen it as an omen of sorts. We broke up after a few months. I was left alone… “without you”.

My friend has become the whining and pushy girlfriend. She’s been like this in her past three relationships. When still in the “dating/courting” stage, she plays it cool. Always the most understanding girl. Always the supportive one. Never complaining. Never demanding anything. One of the boys, as they say.

And then comes the relationship proper.

I love the idea of being in love!

Whenever I hear songs that touches my heart, I have this longing to share it with someone I am intimate with. Of course, that’s just an idea. The ex is not a music lover but we got along just fine. And I didn’t share with him songs that I like because I know he wouldn’t appreciate it.

I have an active imagination. I have an ideal man in my mind. I have things I want to share with him. I have ways on how to make him feel loved. I even have photos of us being sweet and cuddly…
