One of my girl friends is going to be on a photo shoot for a clothing line soon. She is preparing for it by working out three hours a day and really toning her muscles. She also asked her trainer for an ab workout because she wants to tone her abs even more. She is really excited with the gig because it will signal her ascent in the modeling world.

Opportunities come only once. So if it comes knocking, open not only your door but all the windows as well. That’s what my girl friend is doing right now.
