Cuddle. Hug tight. Love.

morning after

I found this photo so sweet I know I just have to share it here with all of you. It makes me think of cuddling, hugging real tight, and loving.

It makes me think of making love and the aftermath. It makes me think of silence that is not awkward at all!

It makes me think of you and me and everything that took place and more.

Happy Monday folks!

Like there’s no tomorrow!

kissing on ledge

They missed each other so much they kept on kissing like there’s no tomorrow! They kissed at the airport. They kept kissing while aboard the cab ignoring the driver’s subtle hints for them to stop because he was feeling so embarrassed by the overly emotional display of affection. They kissed and made love upon entering their house. And the continued kissing and touching all the way to the party organized to welcome him back from a 6-month stay abroad.

I guess they truly miss each other a lot!

Morning after

morning after

I think it’s always awkward that morning after the first time. But there will always be a way for it not to be. The guy can break the ice. He can make the woman feel good about herself and about what happened. It’s really up to him to reassure her that everything’s okay.

Public display of affection

PDA

Call me a prude but I am not all for PDA or public display of affection. PDA is okay depending on the location and time. There are countries where making out in the middle of a street at high noon is fine. But there are countries where people are conservative and necking is just in bad taste if you do it in front of others.

Are you comfortable with PDA, either doing it or seeing it done in front of you?

Let me know.

Teenage love

teens kissing

I was also once a teenager. I experienced love (or was it?) and also felt a rebellious streak against the parents. But I guess I was one of the lucky ones who listened to their parents wise advice to take the time to fall in and out of love, meet others, enjoy my youth, have more friends and just let life take its course. In short, I didn’t hurry love.

Some of my friends did. I am not happy to say that two of my closest friends who married in their teens are now separated from their husbands. Both have kids from their marriage so there’s only half a regret in their hearts. Still, had they waited they could have met the men who would truly make them happy… or would they?

I am not saying all teenage romances end up in bitter separations. Some were successful, might lead to forever. No one really knows. But statistics say that teenage love should remain in that period… in our teens! It should serve as an inspiration to us. It should be something fun. It should be a preparation for the mature love that we can find along the way.

Tough guy didn’t stand a chance…

Khal Drogo and Daenerys

I am a huge fan of HBO’s Game of Thrones. I got hooked on it and the love story between Khal Drogo and Daenerys Targaryen was the best. Drogo is a tough guy, a leader of uncivilized group called the Dothraki. Daenerys is the former King’s daughter pledged to Drogo.

At first, the girl was afraid of the man. But slowly, she fell in love with him and taught him to fall in love with her as well. She taught him to love and cherish her. She taught him to value her as his wife. She taught him to make love instead of have sex. It’s a lovely story, if you don’t know it yet.

Coming home to…

Ed Westwick

Ed Westwick.

Let me tell you this. If I come home to a guy that hot I can assure you there won’t be much talking in the first two or three hours upon arriving home. Hey, you come home to a hot guy and you can only think of romance, right?! *winks*

But his British accent is also a turn on so maybe he’ll do the talking…

Men and women, heads up!

Men-Women

Men and women have different ways of showing their love. Men normally aren’t very vocal but are more action-driven. Women, on the other hand, are more affectionate and vocal and aren’t shy in showing their love for their guy. Different ways but if it leads to showing love, then I don’t see any problem with it ;)

Men and women are really born differently because if we are alike, then there will be no more interest between us.

Do you love me?

Do you love me

Nobody’s perfect. But there are some people who expect their partners to be perfect regardless. That’s why I think a person is lucky in love when he/she finds someone who can accept him/her for who he/she is. No matter if the person is stupid at times… no matter of the person’s social status is way below the ladder… no matter if the person is not beautiful or handsome by society’s standards… if there is love all of those things can be conquered easily.

So the question is this: do you love me?

:P

Awwww…

Aww-1

Aww-2

Sometimes we think so little of ourselves we are being offered love but we are rejecting it because of the low self-esteem we have. We may not see ourselves as the most beautiful person in the planet but for someone we are that and then some. For someone, we are a rockstar! We are someone else’s world!

If we are being offered love, we should learn to open our hearts and accept it for what it is. Enjoy the moment and savor the love being given to us.

Happy Friday rockstar! Have a love-filled weekend and enjoy it with your special someone!
