Favorite love stories

What are your favorite book, tv, and/or movie love stories?

I have so many favorite love stories. For books, my favorite is Paradise by Judith McNaught. It is one of the best love stories I’ve read. The same goes for The Prodigal Daughter by Jeffrey Archer. These stories are about true love and how even though it is imperfect but because it is real, nothing can stop it from bringing two people together.

As for movies, the best one for me is still My Best Friend’s Wedding. I know the movie did not end happily for Julia Roberts. Still it showed that true love meant letting go of the person if it’s not meant to be and being happy for him.

Let me explain why…

I must admit I go for brains rather than looks. Because the latter fades over time while the former, unless impaired, strengthens over time.

I took this test to determine what I look for in a man. And the result is that I go for brains. Maybe, it’s because I want someone with whom I can converse with. I want a man who is more intelligent than me. A man with whom I can talk about anything and everything under the sun. Or even a bookworm like me. I am sure that it will be a pretty comfortable existence for both of us, if ever.

So what do you go for in a potential partner?

I go for…

You Go for Brains

When it comes to attraction, you go for more than meets the eye.
Eye candy is all fine and good, but you need more good looks to be into someone.

You’re looking for a deep connection, and that can only happen when you meet someone who thinks like you.
That’s not to say you don’t appreciate sexy people. You just prefer sexy and smart!

What about you?

Would You Do Anything For Love?

You Would Do Most Things For Love

You are willing to go pretty far for love – but not far enough to compromise your core values.
Love is a priority for you, and you’ll go further than most people to hold on to someone you love.
But killing for love? Or even taking a bullet? Probably out of the question.
No matter what, you love yourself the most!
